Irish Charm Unleashed: Star-Packed Documentary Drops Explosive Insights Ahead of St. Patrick’s Day

UK-based Swipe Films has completed post-production on the captivating documentary, “Quintessentially Irish” and has inked a global deal with Vision Films (excl. UK & Ireland). The film, a celebration of all things Irish, features interviews with a star cast including Pierce Brosnan, Andrew Scott, Sharon Horgan, Usain Bolt and even Prince Albert II of Monaco.

Plunging into the heart of Ireland, the documentary showcases its picturesque landscapes and explores iconic elements such as whiskey, Guinness, horse racing, Gaelic games and historic Dunsany Castle. With contributors like Rory Guinness and Olympic gold medalist Usain Bolt, the film promises a diverse and entertaining journey through Irish culture.

Vision Films has secured North American and international rights (except UK and Ireland) and is set to release the documentary theatrically and on VOD in the US on March 12, just in time for St. Patrick’s Day. Meanwhile, Swipe Films will handle the UK and Ireland release on April 26.

The documentary also offers exclusive glimpses of the White House, the Palace of Monaco and the Presidential Palace in Dublin, including appearances by Irish President Michael D Higgins and US President Joe Biden.

Executive producer Oxana Popkova, director Frank Mannion and a talented team bring this project to life, providing an unprecedented insight into Irish history and celebrity. Vision Films CEO/Managing Director, Lise Romanoff, expressed excitement about the film’s release, calling it “an unprecedented glimpse into Ireland’s celebrity and history”.
